Order Processing Times
We pack orders quickly—because clean brushes wait for no one!
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods (like product drops or sales), please allow up to 3 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Free on eligible orders) = 3-5 business days
We ship via Australia Post’s Standard Mailing Service.
If you're in Sydney Metro, you could receive your order as soon as the next business day.
For all other areas, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
- Express Post Upgrade = 1-3 business days

Most metro areas receive next business day delivery.
Regional and remote areas may take up to 3 business days.

Right now, Lush Brush Co. ships within Australia only. If you’re outside Aus and dying to get your hands on our brush cleaning magic, let us know at hello@lushbrushco.com—we’re taking notes for future expansion.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can stalk your delivery (we do it too).

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us ASAP at hello@lushbrushco.com we’ll do our best to update it before it leaves our hands.
My order didn't arrive, what should I do?
Oh no! First, check your tracking link (you’ll find it in your shipping confirmation email). Sometimes parcels like to take the scenic route.
If it's been more than 10 business days (AU) with no sign of your goodies, email us at hello@lushbrushco.com. We’ll investigate and make it right - promise.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We don’t currently ship to PO boxes. If your order includes one, we’ll reach out to confirm an alternate address before dispatching.
To avoid any delays, it’s best to pop in a physical address at checkout. Otherwise, we’ll need to wait to hear back from you and that could hold up your order by a few days.
Do you provide returns or refunds?
Because hygiene matters…
Due to the nature of our product (and to keep things safe and squeaky clean for everyone), we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind on Lush Brush Co. products.
