• Our Clean Promise applies only to Lush Brush cleaning sheets purchased directly from lushbrushco.com. It does not apply to accessories or any other products.
  
• Returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase.
  
• Proof of purchase is required.
  
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  
• Your Lush Brush cleaning sheets must not be more than 25% used to be eligible for a refund.
  
• Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Original shipping costs and return postage are non-refundable.
  
• If you would prefer an exchange, standard shipping charges will apply to the replacement order.
