We pack orders quickly—because clean brushes wait for no one!

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods (like product drops or sales), please allow up to 3 business days.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Standard: Flat rate of $9.95 AUD
Express: Flat rate of $12.95 AUD

Right now, Lush Brush Co ships within Australia only. If you’re outside Aus and dying to get your hands on our brush cleaning magic, let us know at hello@lushbrushco.com we’re taking notes for future expansion.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can stalk your delivery (we do it too).

If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us ASAP a thello@lushbrushco.com we’ll do our best to update it before it leaves our hands.

Oh no! First, check your tracking link (you’ll find it in your shipping confirmation email). Sometimes parcels like to take the scenic route.

Due to the nature of our product (and to keep things safe and squeaky clean for everyone), we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind on Lush Brush Co. products.
